Boydel combines electrocoagulation with advanced oxidation. The system consists of a circulating cathode, a sacrificial and a non-sacrificial anode. The electrodes are coated with titanium dioxide to promote the formation of hydrogen peroxide from hydrogen and oxygen generated during electrolysis.
