Judith Herschell Cole has been a professional in the municipal and industrial water treatment technology sectors since 1984. She specializes in membrane filtration systems and has significant experience with a wide range of water and wastewater treatment processes and equipment. She serves as Chief Commercial Officer at Cerahelix, Inc., managing the commercial and application engineering activities. In 2003, she founded Herschell Environmental, an engineering and consulting firm. She is active as a member of BlueTech Research’s Technical Assessment Group. Judith has also served as Managing Director for Norit Americas, (Membrane Division), Vice President for AECOM, and Vice President of Sales for inge America.
Judith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte and B.S. degrees in biology and psychology from Geneva College. Her graduate work was in biology at California University of Pennsylvania. She is active in various professional organizations, including the American Water Works Association, Water Environment Federation, American Membrane Technology Association, and the Marcellus Shale Coalition Research Collaborative.
